河西荒漠绿洲区加工番茄果实品质综合评价

摘要:
【目的】对选育的14份番茄品系果实品质进行多元分析及综合评价,为适宜河西荒漠地区栽培的加工番茄新品种选育和杂交亲本选配提供理论依据。【方法】以河西荒漠绿洲区的215,511,512,513,515,516,517和L8,L9,L10,L11,L12,L13、L14共14份番茄品系的成熟果实为材料,测定其单果质量、果实硬度、果实横径、果实纵径和可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、番茄红素、VC、可滴定酸、总酚、类黄酮含量等11项指标,用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法,综合评价番茄果实品质。【结果】(1)不同番茄品系间果实品质性状差异较大,变异系数为15.45%~41.99%,其中单果质量变异系数最大。相关性分析表明,可溶性糖与番茄红素含量、果实硬度和类黄酮含量均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),果实纵径与横径和单果质量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),可溶性蛋白与总酚含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。(2)主成分分析显示,提取的5个主成分为果实纵径和可溶性糖、总酚、VC、番茄红素含量等品质因子,其累积贡献率为88.542%,包含了全部指标的大部分信息。(3)聚类分析结果显示,在欧氏距离为7.5时,14个番茄品系可分为3类,各类群间果实品质差异较大,聚类结果与主成分分析结果基本一致。(4)215果实品质综合评价得分最高,其次为516和L8,三者适宜作为加工型番茄品种选育、遗传改良和加工的材料。【结论】14份番茄品系果实品质表现出丰富的遗传多样性,具备筛选优良加工型种质的可能。

Comprehensive evaluation of processing tomato lines quality in Hexi desert-oasis ecosystem region

Abstract:
【Objective】This study conducted systematic analysis and comprehensive quality evaluation on fruits of 14 processing tomato lines to provide the basis for tomatoes variety breeding and parental combination selection suitable for cultivation and processing in desert-oasis ecosystem region in Hexi corridor.【Method】Using 14 selected tomato lines in desert-oasis ecosystem region in Hexi,11 fruit quality indexes including single fruit weight and contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,lycopene,vitamin c,titratable acid,total phenol and flavonoid were measured and comprehensively analyzed by correlation analysis,principal component and cluster analysis.【Result】Great differences in quality traits were observed among 14 tomato lines with variation coefficient ranging from 15.45%-41.99% and the greatest variation in single fruit mass.Analysis of correlation showed that soluble sugar was positively correlated with lycopene,fruit hardness and flavonoid content (P<0.05),whereas fruit longitudinal diameter was positively correlated with fruit transverse diameter and fruit weight (P<0.01).The soluble protein was positively correlated with total phenol content (P<0.05).(2) The eigenvalues of the five principal components extracted and their cumulative contribution rate reached 88.542%.The five principal components could be named as longitudinal diameter factor,soluble sugar factor,total phenol factor,vitamin c factor and lycopene factor,and the established comprehensive evaluation model could effectively evaluate different fruit quality traits.(3) By cluster analysis,the tested materials were grouped into three class with squared Euclidean distance of 7.5,and the characteristics of each group were basically consistent with the comprehensive score of principal components.(4) The comprehensive score of line 215 was the highest,followed by lines 516 and L8,and these three lines were suitable as raw material for processing tomato variety breeding,genetic improvement,and processing utilization.【Conclusion】The 14 processing tomato lines exhibited rich genetic diversity in fruit quality,suggesting a promising opportunity for selection of good processing quality germplasm.
