朱顶红若干观赏性状在F1代的遗传表现

摘要:
[目的]研究朱顶红花径、花梗高度等6个观赏性状在杂交一代(F1)的遗传表现,为朱顶红遗传育种工作提供理论依据.[方法]以外院1号、苹果、红狮子等10个朱顶红品种为亲本,配成12个杂交组合,观测其F1代花径、花梗高度、花梗直径、花色、花型以及花朵开张角度等遗传性状,并与其亲本的相应性状进行比较,计算狭义遗传力.[结果]朱顶红F1代的花径、花梗高度、花梗直径与其双亲比较,表现出明显的衰退现象,杂种总平均花径、花梗高度和花梗直径分别相当于中亲值的89.8%,81.0%和88.1%,但仍有超高亲个体存在;在花色遗传上,红色较红白间色、粉色、白色的遗传能力强;在花型遗传上,重瓣对单瓣表现为显性遗传;在花朵开张角度遗传上,直角和钝角较锐角具有更强的遗传能力.朱顶红花径、花梗高度、花梗直径和花朵开张角度的狭义遗传力分别为81.5%,83.8%,49.4%和22.2%.[结论]朱顶红花径、花梗高度遗传力较高,适宜在世代早期进行严格选择;而花梗直径和花朵开张角度遗传力较低,适宜通过综合方法在晚期世代中选择.朱顶红花色遗传表现为红色遗传能力强,瓣型遗传表现为重瓣遗传能力强,花朵开张角度遗传表现为直角和钝角的遗传能力强.

Genetic performance of several traits in F1 hybrids of different cross combinations in Amaryllis vittata
Abstract:
【Objective】 This study was done to provide a the oretical basis for Amaryllis vittata breeding program by exploring the genetic performance of several traits in F1 hybrids.【Method】 We studied the genetic performance of some characters in F1 generation with the 12 cross combinations among 10 varieties of A.vittata,and compared the corresponding traits of parents and then calculated the narrow sense heritability.【Result】 The results showed that the head diameter,stem height and stem diameter of flower in F1 plants declined obviously.The mean flower head diameter,stem height and stem diameter of flower of hybrid were 89.8% and 81.0% and 88.1% of parents respectively,but the over parent individuals still existed.The results indicated that the genetic heritability of the red color of flowers was the strongest among the four colour traits.The double petal-type was showed to be dominant inheritance to single petal-type.The heredity of obtuse-angle and right-angle traits of the flowers was bigger than that of acute-angle one.The heritability of 4 quantitative traits including flower head diameter,stem height,stem diameter and a bloom angle of A.vittata, statistically estimated by using offspring-parent regression,was 81.5%,83.8%,49.4%,22.2% respectively.【Conclusion】 The heritability of flower head diameter and stem height of A.vittata were relatively high and suitable to carry out strictly early selection,and two other indicating comprehensive selection and late selection would be efficient.The results indicated that it has strong genetic heritability of the red color,strong genetic heritability of the double petal-type and strong genetic heritability of the obtuse-angle and right-angle traits of flowers.
